Philly now has to handle injury which she has been extremely lucky to mostly avoid in her career.
She is blaming the injury on her fall but pretty sure her training which she had recently increased played a part.
She seems to push it quite a lot on her latest training blocks as well as a lot of long runs.
How she handles the rehab and gets back to full training again will be critical I suspect she will be desperate to quickly get back but realistically could take many months.As she says herself the last thing she wants to do is get into a cycle of injuries as we have seen so many do.
