Trollminator has some issues but I kind of think he is a very endearing person. He tends to spread with ferocity insults but they are gentle ones and we kind of disregard them. If he was more virulent we might have a problem but his insults are subtle and benign. We love Trollinator. With reservations of course.

I just noticed this and what I meant was general medical care and health insurance which I think is why I used a lower case "m" but it was definitely a bit ambiguous.
