“He knocked out several sub 2:20 marathon pretty easily during training”. He definitely crossed the line of no return during training. Running 2-3 sub 2:20 marathons with 2-3 mile warm up and cool down during 250km weeks is certainly a unique strategy!
But this is why will all love RTJ and hopefully it will all pay off one day.

I like Adam wood, one of the more tolerable YouTubers. Yeah he pushes product from his sponsors but he never pretends to be better than he is at the marathon, despite his pedigree. he could easily latch onto the Conner and Clayton hype but he doesn’t even train with them because he knows he’s not there yet (looking at you Habs)
