You haven't quoted what I literally said. But even if I said what you claim, there is a lot of room between "considering" an action and "advocating" for an action.

I don't know if you would consider me a scientist or not. And I don't see why it matters.

I am well-read on the subject of climate change and I am right about the consequences of inaction.

How are we going to pay for increased military spending?

How are we going to pay for a tax cut for the military and rich people?

How are we gonna pay for all the pointless wars/subsidies/bailouts/give aways to billion dollar corporations? It is only when something will actually beneift Americans that people suddenly get worried about the cost. I wonder why?

The EU has been trying to do it for a few years and it's been a slow roll. Last I checked they were planning on excluding trades on businesses under a certain market cap, market making, and IPOs. I think it was also only like .1%.

So basically it's going to bomb a bunch of HFT option writers trying to pick up pennies in front of a steam roller that get blown up on the reg all the time. I predict this will net about ten cents in revenue.

Money is fungible.

All of these taxes go into the general fund.

You cannot determine which tax is used to pay for which program.

This Wall St tax could be used to buy more nuclear submarines.

Bernie is playing a shell game here.

Not to single him out. All politicians play a shell game with tax revenues and government expenses.

Now - Mexico could actually pay for the wall by sending Mexicans over with materials to build the wall.

He is right about that last one. No one cares. Bernie makes his supporters feel good, just like Trump makes his supporters feel good. And when people feel good about themselves, they do good things for the country.

Eggheads still don't understand that. It's consumer confidence that drives the economy. If they feel good, they spend more money. And that helps business.
