Aydon Stefanopoulos just ran 14:53 at the CCS Crystal Springs XC course at his league meet. A 23 second PR and a his first time going sub-15:00 at that course.

Solid day overall at Crystal. In my experience Crystal times are roughly equivalent to Woodward park times, but it's dependent on how good the athlete is at hills. I would expect 14:4x from Aydon this weekend.
Watch out for Mountain View at Clovis this weekend. 18 second split today says they can at least podium.

We talked about it last year and the agreement was 15 second difference between crystal springs and woodward park

Don't think anyone that is paid to do rankings drives around and watches every meet. I'm pretty sure they just look at a bunch of results and build rankings. Correct me if I'm wrong.
