He's clearly addicted to it all. Running, 20m miles even though he kniows he has an injury and can't sit down after. He out and said he's addicted to daily vlogging. Even if no one will watch it he'll keep churning them out. He needs to go to therapy and workout what the void is he's trying to fill with all this...
You guys are killing me. Now I gotta go watch!
Ouch. Today was painful to watch. Honestly, it makes me sad. I have been there - seriously injured, jogging in total pain, trying to do workouts. I had a friend pull me aside after he saw me doing a workout and told me I needed to get some serious help. Obviously tough to hear at the time, but it made me get serious. Got connected to a good PT who saw through all my bullcrap, put me on a strict running plan. 2 miles every other day, slowly building back up each week. The crazy thing is, I was good in about 3-4 months and able to resume racing!
Wish I could give Seth this advice.
What I’ve come to realise is that we here are the real DGR Stan’s. We actually notice his decline in health and want the little guy to rest and recover and train properly and be what he can be. The people who subscribe and buy emojis are just feeding the beast of his downfall. They can watch a video like todays and instead of noticing how bad he looks, focus on his quirky interaction buying a coffee and tell him how inspiring he is. That’s not what someone in his position needs to hear. They need brutal honesty.
Usually I love a good piling on Seth LR thread. But honestly I just feel bad right now. That video today was brutal. Dude is unraveling like crazy. That part at the end where he's just laying down and ranting is f***ing concerning. Seth seriously needs help.
6:30 on today's video, surprised he doesn't spike up and run on that rooftop track.
And watching this video, or most of it, SJD is insane.

Why does he go all the way to a track just to put down a yoga mat and do weird movements. It isnt even like the viewers care where he does his rehab excercises. he is trying to make unentertaining things as entertaining as possible but it just isnt working. he has gone too far. his vlog is going downhill and he isnt the same man that he was not too long ago
And why does he get water at Starbucks en route to his run? He can't bring a bottle with him?

It's true. My world is a better place with Seth in it. I want what's best for him. But I don't want someone to torture themselves for my views. We are the real stans, all the people who watch his channel are a bunch of posers.
OK! I'm off to YouTube to leave some troll comments on his vlog. Nothing but the best for my #1 human.
lolz today's run was up multiple 14ers. Looks like hill repeats up high. Cherry on top, these mountains are on private property that is currently closed and seth's fans warned him when he went last year, but dgaf about everything I guess
youtube transcript, I cannot tell what he is trying to be transparent about?
um but also complete transparency i'm
just gonna say it i lied
lied it was a it was a fib it was a fib
in the sense of you know how i always
tell you
if you keep watching i'll keep uploading
that's uh that's not the truth because
last week i published four videos
that
got no views that okay they got like 5
000 views which is amazing thank you for
watching about you know how to become a
more explosive runner a warm-up routine
a core workout and like nobody you know
not not many people watched but then i
realized wow i really love this so so
much because
i don't
care in the sense i i care about you but
i don't care about the numbers the
volume of and i just like i love the
production process the creativity of
youtube so so much
that um i will keep uploading even if
you don't watch does that make sense
Sage Canaday is now on IG stories posting about the how much KT tape can help, must have saw it on Seth’s vlog

ope rescinded, I missed that this area reopened july 8
CHILLING!
He is in pain, and yet he still managed to do a 20 mile run with 6,400 of elevation gain this morning. What is going on? It’s like he is living a double life.
The loop is back open but the summit of Mt. Bross is still closed. He pretty clearly summited that one about 10-15 times according to his Strava! The dude has no respect to trail closures, muddy trails, or trail etiquette. I would love to see him do a video on trail work volunteer days but I guess he's not hurting for new content THAT bad yet....
The people who defend Seth's multiple-hour-long runs and other "work" away from home, leaving his 1 week postpartum wife with a newborn and 4 other kids, with the "it's not a big deal it's his job after all" crack me up. Like maybe the running is one thing, but are you telling me there's nowhere in that giant new house of his where he can lay down a yoga mat and do some core exercises / stretching? No it's gotta be outside at some random track. That is LESS convenient than just doing it at home lmao. He didn't even run at that track, so it's not like he was already there anyway.
Soon he's gonna be like showering at public gyms, filming shoe reviews in random parking lots, brushing his teeth in a Wendy's bathroom... Can't be doing that stuff at home with your family around like a normal person.

I haven't done 14ers in many years, but is Bross really closed, or is it just the technicality of it being on a mining claim that hasn't been exercised in 100 years and by now probably has a thousand owners who don't know they part own a 14er?
If I had done that after my wife gave birth, her stitches would have been the only thing preventing her to kick my a$$. ( It would have been legit imho).
Most upvoted comment on Strava right now on Seth's run:
After watching your video today this seems like the exact opposite of what you should be doing. You are running yourself into the ground. Rest and heal up Seth.
The contagion is spreading...
