RTJ: 2:11 mid. Glad he's being sensible. I think he'd have f**ked it if he went for sub 2:10.

Bester: Don't know, don't follow him but since he's basically a meme at this point I'll throw out just under 2:20. He did knock out a sub 30 10k in the blistering heat of... London from what I'm hearing.

Cole: Haven't been following him as much recently, I haven't found his videos as engaging since London but from vaguely looking at his strava I'll go with 2:23

I think he was genuinely shooting for 2:09 up until now due to it being a qualifier time for England's European championship team but hes sensibly evaluated that he isn't in that shape and that he can run a more sensible race going for 2:12 and then pushing on if he feels good. I think he might still have 2:10 mid/high in his locker if he has a perfect race, will be interesting to see him vs Yee
