It's interesting that I think almost the EXACT same as you, but the exact opposite direction! I was / and in many way still am a lib (at least if you go with older definitions of "liberal"), so I "owning the libs" was never an interest for me. A lot of the "science" and reporting was questionable from the onset which absolutely destroyed a lot of folks credibility. It appears to me that a lot of people love being told what to do when there is a challenging situation. They want everyone else to be in lockstep as well. Then, when it turns out that things may not have been as they were originally presented afterall, they decide to argue in bad faith and are not willing to have honest debate and a willingness to learn.

Nice to see brainless antivaxxers and COVID-deniers caring about people dying now. Even if it’s for entirely baseless and dogmatic reasons. It’s morally a little better than their constant downplaying and denial of COVID deaths. Hopefully they continue this push for better health in American even after their realize the vaccine deaths are all scams being pushed…
