He finished fourth in Iowa with 15% of the vote. That beat his best previous finish by one place and 14% of the vote.
He has never previously made it to New Hampshire so tonight will be his best finish there.

You do understand the difference between head to head with Trump versus the primaries?
You do understand that a handful of states will decide the election? You have looked at the demographics of those battleground states and which policies poll popular and unpopular?
If Biden isn’t nominated that’s fine, he hasn’t earned it. But the fact remains he still polls best against Trump and his policies poll more popular than Sanders or Warrens in those particular states.
