Bloomberg has been targeting his anti-Trump ad investment to place them in a way that is driving Trump mad. Ads such as the one right before Trump's fake SOU rally in Congress, "The Real State of the Union? A nation divided by an angry, out of control president. A White House besotted by lies, chaos, and corruption."
https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/481366-bloomberg-hits-trump-in-ad-ahead-of-state-of-the-unionTrue, but just playing Romney's speech about his vote to convict trump would make a one hell of an ad.
His ethical behavior, his honesty, his love of God and country and genuineness is the antipathy of Donald Trump. His speech by comparison, exposes Trump for being such a shallow person without honesty or substance.
An ad with Romney condemning Trump, and add Susan Collins saying Trump has learned his lesson; and following up with her claiming Trump never said he would put heads on a pike, and her impassioned demand to Trump to not fire Sondland; then ending with Trump ignoring her and putting heads on a pike. Now you would really have something.
