Absolutely, they have been so far off on Ward, there credibility is severley hurt, didn't even have Ward as top 6 in the trials let alone the Olympics, if they dont appologize and admit they were way of then there credibilty is official done with respect to Marathon projections anyways.
We wrote an article on who was going to medal - not a fluff NBC feature. They could run that race 100 times and I dont think Ward would medal.
Do you want us to also apologize to Tanzania's Alphonce Felix SIMBU who received ZERO mention in the preview but beat Ward? The guy behing Ward - Tadesse Abraham - also received zero mention.
Or what about other top 10ers Eric Gillis and Callum Hawkins?

Watchiing the "slow" guys come in is somehwat entertaining. An Iranian guy crawling accross the ground. An Argentinian shuffling sideways due to cramps.
Meb mentioned he had to stop 7 times, starting at mile 13, and in the nbc interview that he threw up (at least once?) possibly more
