his new school? Why would he leave a head coaching job

at Illinois for a school in Mississippi?

Bullshit. That is wrong. Ole Miss is going to get it done with Brian O'Neal as head coach he is wanting to do it right and has the backing also. He wants go getters and the recommendations of coaches come from close coaching friends and colleagues.

She didn't get pushed out. She brought the Arizona Cross country team to nationals where it was not before. Head hunted and recommended is what happened. Enough BS on this site, it would be nice to be able to ask to keep conjecture and opinions to oneself and just report what is going on with jobs without throwing in two cents when no one cares.

No one said O'Neal couldn't get it done. Just that Ole Miss isn't paying 100K to a distance assistant. Chill dude.

Info: sorry you are 100% incorrect, got in pissing match with James Li and was not allowed to coach this spring. I agree with you with that cc did very well and coached well.

Ole Miss is paying the $$,$$$ - $$$,$$$. That is why O'Neal took the job. He wouldn't have left FL if they wouldn't give him a "full SEC-level staff".

Why would Kennedy leave IL if they weren't going to pay him and fully resource his group / the program?

Ole Miss is playing (and paying) SEC Track & Field.

Did anyone see that Robert Johnson will be named Oregon HEAd Man, Vinny will stay with the "O" just in a different role.

Do you even know what a fully paid SEC Staff looks like? There are coaches at Championship winning programs earning 50,000 base salary some of the best assistants only earning 70,000 and some assistant head coaches only earning 120-170.

Btw not unchill just saying. And Eli, Ole Miss is Brians ala mater. Yes he will have a great salary but do not think he has brought in two distance coaches with 100,000 salary. Foolish

And "another job" filled if she was not allowed to coach etc okay but I only know how she was recommended for the Ole Miss job and that the program has done a good job at Arizona.
