I dont understand why this is hard to get. I enjoy watching his vlogs and discussing it here afterwards. Its nothing unlike the largest genre on TV there is, reality tv. It's unique watching a guy drive for hours to run a slow run each day. How can you expect me not having to process all the weird stuff we see from the SJD household in the group therapy session that is this thread? He gets his views, don't worry.

Also haven't watched the vlog properly in a while but this seemed like a "must watch". Noticed for the first time that he has a pretty decent indoor bike ? Never ever heard mention that he uses it ... For his mileage and time I would think X-Training would be ideal especially if you the equipment ...

I'm getting the sense Seth is considering shutting down the vlog. He mentioned low views on the strength sessions vids he just did, and how "if you keep watching, I'll keep making them". He said they got about 5000 views each, which he implied he was not happy about.
He also said he has to edit the vlogs lying down in a bed they set up in the office cause his hamstring hurts so much to sit on. It sounds like he is running through pain regularly now. I'm sure the pressure of running the vlog means he is hesitant to take any kind of decent time off to actually treat an injury properly. Who's gonna watch a "rest day" series?
He's also mentioned baby Kate (I thought True Love got a code word to protect her privacy a bit, guess not.....) is crying a lot at night, interrupting his sleep.
So it sounds like the channel has completely gone off the rails. Seth is injured, running through it - running 10 minute miles with 6/10 on the pain scale (his easy pace seems to now be changing depending on how injured he is. I distinctly remember him saying it was 8:30-9:00/mile, suddenly now he says it's 8:45 - 9:15 / mile, and hopefully not slower than 10:00/mile....). He's got an infant which makes his recovery absolutely crap. The man can't even handle sitting in a chair but is still running up and down 14,000ers and thinks this is going to lead to good results?

May be time to get some threatment help, not just call up a clinic to hear that you need a referral to get help from them. If he realize himself that strength training isn't the thing to get views, keeping himself fit for running is pretty vital. You can run very little and still produce a lot of content, but even a little can be to much if he run himself to the ground.

I’ve said it before but his initial PHT video nearly gave me PTSD.. “oh it’s a 3 on the pain scale folks, time to hit the hills!” At least I could admit it was dumb to run through after the pain didn’t decrease, and began to move around/ refer elsewhere/ move into the sit bone etc etc (it does all manner of weird things- I think sciatic irritation might’ve been the worst like someone said). thing is, that injury in particular torpedoed my mental health so badly I can’t help but feel bad for him.
Why does he go all the way to a track just to put down a yoga mat and do weird movements. It isnt even like the viewers care where he does his rehab excercises. he is trying to make unentertaining things as entertaining as possible but it just isnt working. he has gone too far. his vlog is going downhill and he isnt the same man that he was not too long ago
