I would run a 10K by feel (without watch, pacer, bike etc.) following the rhytm and pace (by feel) of all those previous LT repeats. I would do it on track, 25 laps.
If sh.t hits the fan after 2-3km then dropping the pace a bit (this can be very likely, because running consistently fast even at LT is more demanding mentally and physically then doing them in intervals, even cruise intervals).
A bystander should time the 10K,but not telling the splits.
Pure running, nothing of mumbo-jumbo ;)
