I didn't write that very clearly. I understand why the Republicans suppress voters and I understand how they justify it. It just amazes me that there isn't overwhelming opposition to it from the liberal and conservative populations.

Graham could not be trusted. I'm sure he's saying that b/c there is zero intention of even moving the needle. The trial is actually over after today... once WH lawyers take the floor the right goes back to twilight zone arguments and FOX will do it's duty.

The electorate indeed doesn't care enough about this issue. They are completely disengaged and turned off from politics. Just look at normal turnout rates.

It's not great improvement. It's a pathetic 10.7% to 11.6%. We need to be below net zero immediately. Instead, we are barely making a dent.

Clean energy tech stops the emissions and would make us a leader & exporter. We still have the best high-tech & manufacturing capability.

Yes, the evidence is overwhelming but your case can never be too good and high level witness that earlier refused to testify would help.
As for the months to gather evidence, one of the charges is obstruction of congress, so you can figure out why that is bad.

Yes the evidence is over whelming but the Republicans don't see that so therefore more evidence is needed to convince them. That argument that if the Dems think the evidence is over whelming than they shouldn't ask fore more witnesses is very lame.

Because coal use is dropping in the U.S. Just another couple of Trump's promises broken. No Green Coal. No bringing back all of those coal jobs.

I wish any of it could make a difference but I think not. There is not a single GOP senators who cares to speak up and end up helping the Dems, not one. They are going to protect the king and they set the rules. Roberts will not have any significant role because the GOP is in charge and will not let him.
