Weirdly enough, some here have decided that it's not appropriate to call Trump a criminal. How is that?
crim·i·nal
/ˈkrim(ə)n(ə)l/
a person who has committed a crime.
The definition isn't "someone who has been convicted of a crime". If he had been (and when he will be), I will call him a "convicted criminal".
Beyond all that, he is being investigated right now for additional state and federal crimes. Even if those investigations come up empty, he has already engaged in criminal behavior described above. With the FELONY campaign finance law violations alone, he is a criminal. He will end up in prison unless he dies before the process is complete.
Flagpole, you make some great points in that one does not need to be convicted to be a criminal. Please answer the following yay or nay ...
Have you ever gone 1 MPH over the speed limit?
Have you ever not come to a complete stop at a stop sign?
Have you ever not used your blinker to change lanes?
Have you ever paid a maid or a landscaper or anyone else in cash and not reported to the government?
Have you ever entered a school zone, not realizing it, but you were a little over the speed limit?
Have you ever not reported ALL of your income, even unknowingly?
If you answer any of those in the affirmative, then YOU, my fried, are a CRIMINAL. Yes, I don't know one person who has ever not gone1 MPH over the speed limit. So YOU, Flagpole, are a criminal unless you are able to answer all of those in the negative.
