There is zero chance this will be a fair election. The voter suppression and misinformation is at a fever pitch. Adding to that the skewing of results due to the electoral college, it will take something like a landslide for a Democrat to beat Trump, or whatever gangster the Republicans choose to enter in the general election. Unless he is removed from office, Trump will likely have four more years to scuttle the United States.

I asked earlier what would Republicans do if Trump lost.

I think Trump would immediately begin campaigning for 2024.

He may enjoy that more than being a lame duck. He likes campaigning.

Though, he may wind up in jail like many of his associates.

Trump would be 78 by then. He seems to show signs of a significant loss in cognitive ability so it's hard to imagine him as being even remotely coherent in 2024. With his KFC/McDonald's diet there's no guarantee he will still be alive.

And to Dems considering supporting Sanders - know that Trump’s internal polling shows that he can beat sanders. So trump will try to boost Bernie during the primaries. It’s on you to vote for Biden to defeat trump.

Yet another stupid Trump post. Sanders is a Senator and he has to be at the trial. Does he think an Impeachment enquiry was started to screw over Sanders? It's more likely that the intent of Trump's perfect phone call was to bump Sanders out if Iowa.

Of note: When Bernie told Warren a women could not become president, he forgot something important. Hillary would be president if Sanders stayed out of the race in 2016. If Warren gets the nomination, I expect Clueless Bernie to run as an independent once again, and prevent yet another woman from becoming president.
