Pelosi is basically more of a president now than trump. She holds actual press conferences, attempts to pass legislation, meets with allies, leans on our enemies, and attempts to deal with the news of the day.
I truly don’t understand how any respectable person could look their son or daughter in the face and say “I support Donald Trump”. The evidence is clear as day that this guy is corrupt to the core. Yeah it's hard to understand how someone with any shred of decency can look anyone in the eye and say they support him or would be willing to vote for him just to prevent a democrat from winning. The lesser of evils argument is complete rubbish when you are talking about this specimen.
We are supposed to be better than this. I don't expect the Senate to expel him either but honestly do not know if the electorate can rise up and prevent the US from plunging further into the abyss. I have lost faith in our citizens.

As of today, and despite getting nothing accomplished besides being impeached, the odds of Trump being re-elected is a shocking -145.
If there are no witnesses in the Senate trial, he's almost certain to win in November.
The Government Accountability Office just came out with an official report saying that Tiny's administration broke the law when it withheld US security aid to Ukraine.
Said it was a violation of the Impoundment Control Act.
That alone should be enough to have him thrown out of office. But it will probably be ignored.

Sadly it probably will be ignored. As someone who was born elsewhere and became an American as an adult, I can tell you these are very sad times for me. I am still very thankful to have been welcomed in this country, but this is not the same United States I came to as a young man.
