Why would it be bad that "Tiny" has not offered evidence in his defense? Does the presumption of evidence not apply to the "Orange one?"

If you know the legal system the burden is not on the accused, it is on the state or, in this instance, the House and Senate to prove that the accused is guilty of impeachable crimes. The burden is NOT on the accused.

There is zero proof that Biden did anything illegal while conducting official US policy. In fact, the GOP controlled congress fully supported him in that effort. The IMPOTUS however was not conducting policy when he asked for a personal favor to benefit himself. In fact, he was acting against policy by withholding congressionally approve aid. But you’re an imbecile so why would anyone expect you to see the difference?
