I've been running 90+ mile weeks for 11 years and still doing fine. Kipchoge has been running 90+ mile weeks for 25 years and he's still moving around well.

Had torn ligaments in both ankles twice before 21 years old, total of four casts on feet, Achilles rupture, torn ACL later, meniscus issues, ankle avulsion fracture, a couple stress fractures in the foot,
never was fast because of those injuries prior to running, can jog my way into 100 mile ultra finishes though now
i think speed work injuries have more detrimental damage than acute traumatic injuries
