Yes, I mean't times rising not dropping, and _+1 for the rest of your post.

African times are already rising due to somewhat 'stricter' testing. Yeah, they can still run ridiculous times in Kenya, Dubai, the US early track season when the 'American' Kenyans have just come back from a winter spent at the Iten pharmacy, etc. but come the Euro summer season, and especially the championships, we'll probably see slower times again. Unfortunately, no world champs this season, and next year in Doha maybe the Kenyans will be able to juice to the gills and clean sweep, but hopefully that will just make their failing at Tokyo even more obvious.

Are you the same genius who was mocking me in this thread a week ago for suggesting that Jakob Ingebrigsten might be faster than Jake Wightman come Tokyo? Wise move to miss out my 1500 and 5000 picks there.

Didn't see the race, but he obvioiusly must have had a problem. Also, Kyle Langford is obviously a championship runner. Nobody outside hardcore athletics fans had even heard of him before the world championships, and nobody was picking him to get silver for at the Commonwealths here except me. He also has the difficult task of peaking twice this season.

I don't know what actually happened in the Bosse incident, but I also didn't realize that he had raced twice this year:

I hope he gets back to top shape this year. No idea whether that 1:49 was in first or easy or what.
