Trasie Phan is a little bit like Donald Trump, likes all the attention of media and social media and gets mad when the press points out some things which are not true or need verification.

So here we go again, somebody asks for evidence (gps data with cadence and heartrate) and gets labeled as a cyber bully.

Anyway the run will start in 4 days and we will see what Sandra can actually do.

Trasie Phan has an M.O of being bad tempered and sarcastic then getting Shellie to get involved by sending messages, then cries victim when people get annoyed with them both.

Ask a question it gets deleted. Ask it in a message to page and they unleash Shellie on people. Could these two be any more unprofessional?

Any sign of the marathon PR being removed? Have they realised yet that 24 miles isnt a marathon?

Trasie hasn't exhibited a bad temper with me from our email chains. Maybe my reputation is preceding me and I'm getting preferential treatment?

I haven't had any contact with this Shellie either since I don't see a Shellie posting on the Phan Sports Facebook page and I don't see a Shellie listed elsewhere. Sure does seem like this Shellie has really pissed a number people off, though. Anyone have an example of what Shellie sends to people?

Trasie said she could put a disclaimer on Sandra's marathon PB claim saying the course was short but doesn't want to remove the PB time. I said I would rather she use a marathon result from a course that wasn't short so much and has what looks like timing issues, too. So Trasie has emailed the race director of the Vibha Marathon asking how they want her to handle it with me cc'd in the email. That was yesterday but the Vibha Marathon hasn't replied yet.

I have never met or raced with Sandra. I was referring to the double act of their management Trasie Phan and Shellie Corralejo

Ask a few questions and you get messages from this Shellie Corralejo who is obviously working with Phan and Sandra.

This was from the time of Pete's record. You couldn't ask anything without comments being deleted and messages off Shellie.

Why not just take a marathon time which was done in a full marathon?

Nobody cares if she ran 3:50 or 3:30h anyway. It's not important but important is how they handle the truth for their record attempt.

Obviously you get a little suspicious, if some things are not right before the big run has even started.

Let's hope that Tracie will figure out the gps data/heartrate/ cadence thing. If we don't get this every day it will be a long trip through the US.

Now the pressure is on Tracie and especially Sandra to deliver. 55 mile days! We would love to see them, including cadence data.

Unfortunately the pessimist in me thinks that Sandra get injured on the first days because of all that pressure. I wish she would just go for 40-45 mile days at the beginning. But that won't happen.

We will see: Go big and go home, unfortunately.

Here is the thing Tracie: You can't market miles into a runner. You didn't do that with Kostelnick and you won't do that with Sandra.

Pete is a world class athlete while Sandra just started ultra running in 2015. Don't get me wrong, she is a great athlete in her league but world class she is not. Not even close.

She is 100% corrected--assuming someone did not photoshop and text edit her post, which is par for the LRC course--that LRC types are an unhappy bunch. ... The run has not even started and already she is being claimed as a cheater by what I will flatly say are a bunch of male losers.
