There are science that proves you will benefit from steroid use even after you quit.

You're not knowledgeable at all if you think Bolt is the most tested athlete in the world over the last decade.

Ohuruogu did not fail any drug test. The facts of her suspension are well known should you care to educate yourself. If memory serves correctly, she had a negative test the week before the miscue with the testers for the third missed test.

Gatlin has muscle memory from his PED years. Bolt never practiced hard on improving his first 20 meters because he knew he could win anyway. His demeanor just prior to getting in the blocks shows he considered his starts were no big deal.

Gatlin's 1st positive was for ADHD meds. I think he definitely was a doper under Trevor Graham but he's way more vilified than he should be. Read this:

Gatlin never said sorry for the damage he did to the sport and the long term benefits of steroid use are still not clear, even after stopping.

It's also rather worrying that someone from a nation who has had a very poor (well, actually non existent until quite recently) testing record and use of amongst its athletes, is so blase about Gatlin's misdemeanors, and would actually prefer a known double doper to win over someone who has never tested positive and has probably been the most tested athlete in the world over the last decade.
