Go get your v02 tested at another facility, and see if you get something similar to that result. Hate to break it to you, but machines aren't always perfect. Not to beat a dead horse, but if the result is indeed correct you seriously need to improve your running economy. Maybe you could become an ultra runner / mountain runner or an elite marathoner. Plus some pics or maybe even a video on youtube about this would be nice, maybe even a name? Some of the best ultra runners in the world like Sage Canaday, who posted himself completing a v02 test on his youtube channel which is coincidentally name v02maxproductions, have results from the test nowhere near yours. Plus, I believe Sage barely broke 30 in college, ran 29:59 or something like that at Heps. Would you consider xc and your long runs your strength?
