How many high school boys have gone sub-9 and sub-1:50?

    Cheserek is the only one to go sub 1:50 and sub 14 5K. You can add a sub-30 10k as well. And without converts King Ches is the only sub 1:50 and sub 8:40 guy. And he did it all without a professional coach.
