She was in Charleston this weekend. Kenisi is her athlete. Came in from dope infested Mexico. People complained after the race about the Hebron issue.
She won't stop it seems. Needs an official ban.

Again you're a moron and know nothing. Mourad left Larissa years ago and works with a manager from NYC. Dude you suck. Do your homework. You know squat.
Still on the roster.
If I'm wrong, then tell me otherwise. Don't call me a moron and fail to show why. Who is his new manager? Who does he train with.
sadly, he probably works with Hussein Makke, who is about as dirty as they come. don't know why the NYRR still allow his athletes into their races, i'ts ridiculous. asmae leghzoui (sp?) was but one of many athletes he's had busted for doping (including trafeh). Sad! Low Energy!

I hope coumbus, ms and charleston,sc races these, scum bags did this weekend did not pay these cheaters, nor their agent...
Disgrace to there runners, and race organization if so. Shame on You!
The thing to do is for us to proactively communicate with the race directors of events where these athletes have run in the past. Just complaining about it on this thread will get nothing done. For all I know, however, the race directors are unaware of this issue, especially at these relatively small events.
If you know a race where this group has competed, post it on this thread, preferably with a link to the race director's email. Send him/her a short message explaining the situation along with the link from the first page of the thread.
I've already done so for a race I'm running in May, the Gum Tree Classic in Tupelo, MS. Please send more!
I'll be happy to send other emails if races are posted. Maybe we can make something happen.
That was in 2008. He has no results that I have seen prior to 2007 or 2008, yet he was an Olympic contender? Any other information that you know?

Explain what situation? If an athlete is serving a punishment then that athlete shouldn't be allowed in the road race. If the athlete has not tested positive then you can't treat that runner differently than any other runner who hasn't tested positive. If you want action, ask the race director not to pay any prize money until the athlete has been tested for banned substances. If they won't do that then the race director is the problem. Not the athlete nor agent.

Race Directors aren't going to take the time nor pay the money to test the athletes. So if we want anything done we have to do it ourselves. We don't need test results to know these Africans are cheating. And it is obvious that the Russian woman encourages it. So send a letter to the Race Directors to get them to ban these cheats. The prize money should go to Americans because we know they all clean.
As stated earlier in the thread, and in the article:
"When she emailed organizers in Indianapolis in May 2015 to enter two runners in their Monumental Mile, they responded with a copy of their new anti-doping policy, which specifies that athletes are ineligible for prize money if they work with agents who have had two or more athletes banned."
Encourage the race directors to follow similar protocols. It's not a perfect solution, nor is it guaranteed to have any effect, but if you happen to be contacting a well-meaning race director who has no idea that this group is a bunch of dopers, then maybe they will take some small measures to at least make things difficult for them. And if they hear from 20 or 30 of us, it will leave an impression.
And let me be clear; I generally assume innocent until proven guilty. Unlike seemingly everyone else on letsrun, I don't assume that Dibaba or Makloufi or any fast African is doping. But it seems pretty clear that this particular stable with this particular manager is cherrypicking unregulated races. Why? Because they are doping. Letsrun makes shit happen; let's take em down.

http://srocespodogona.blox.pl/resource/kratochvilova.jpgThat is Jarmila Kratochvilova, the current women's world record holder in the 800 meters, 1:53.28 set in 1983. About 33 years ago. When I go to big meets where the program lists the world record, she is listed as the current world record holder.
Do I think she cheated? Absolutely. Has she been stripped of her world record? No. Because there is no objective test results that shows that she cheated.
Think of all the progress that has been made over the past decades. It doesn't come from a bunch of people on Letsrun.com voting and trying to take action. It comes from holding the various institutions around the world accountable for testing and enforcing the rules.
Both Russia and Kenya are in jeopardy of having their athletes banned from the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Do we assume that because more than a handful of athletes cheated in that country that ALL athletes in that country cheat? Should clean athletes be punished for their countrymen who cheat? No. It is a wake up call to the Governing Bodies in those countries to seek out those who cheat and hold them accountable. That allows the clean athletes to represent their countries. And by the way, the USA isn't perfect at enforcing the rules.
What I wrote above is what I've been trying to say in this forum. The accountability in small town US Road Races shouldn't be towards a small time agent in Hebron KY. We should be holding accountable the governing body of USA Road Racing who should be testing and enforcing the rules. And if there isn't a Governing Body, that is where the problem lies. Just like lax enforcement in Russia and Kenya, there is lax enforcement in small time US Road Races and as you said, the Race Directors probably don't have a clue. That is what the article was all about. There is a blind spot here in the US.
I'm completely against local Road Races and LetsRun.com forum posters trying to solve this problem on their own. That only makes things worse and creates a lynch mob mentality. Put the pressure on the appropriate governing body to regulate this unregulated "loop hole".
Lastly, if you were able to come up with a list of all the races where these athletes ran, then you'd have a list of every opportunity to test and catch those who cheat. I'd bet that zero of those races, except for those outside the US such as Mexico, actually tested.

WOW, are you trying to turn on XFIT BRO THE REAL ONE 1, because once he sees that picture, XFIT BRO will fall in love with her!!! I mean fall in love with him, I mean her, uh, er, nice package?
I do agree with you on the need for a national governing body for drug testing, but then I think about the USTAF and notice how effective they are with outing dopers...

If people on LetsRun.com become less black & white on the cheating issue (eg, an athlete is either clean or dirty and there is no in-between) and allow the right governing bodies tackle this (don't decide who is clean or not base on general opinion) then it is possible to see leaps in improvement that has happened and find some tolerance & patience for what is happening.
Glad to see this story and the News hitting the Running community. Races have already started to shut the door on these CHEATS! they contacted St.Louis and they shut the door in their face, as well as next weekends Carmel races in Indiana.
this is GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!

It is only great news if they are banning athletes who tested positive and/or serving a suspension. If they are banning athletes who have never tested positive then they should prepare for a lawsuit. The US should be above vigilante justice and witch hunts.
Whatever Dude. This is JUSTICE and all of us who have been cheated out by this Cheating Group is Loving it!
BOUT Times wrote:

And you don't cheat?? How can I tell the difference between you cheating and an African cheating if neither of you have been tested regularly ... or if you've ever been tested. If you are in the group of second class road races who are chasing the Africans then let me suggest that you train better rather than trying to ban the people who finish in front of you. Good competition could make you better.
Most people cheat? That's complete nonsense. For most of us there is neither desire, nor incentive to cheat in running. What possible reason could someone not close to national or world level and with rare chances for unneeded prize money have to cheat? Maybe most top level world elites cheat.
BOUT Times wrote:

You wrote a very general statement. " ... these cheats!" For us that are uniformed, where is the line drawn between "those cheats" and those who are clean. If we are too assume that "they" cheat, then who are "they" and who are "we". Do we look at the color of their skin? Listen to the language that they speak. If you read these forums, everyone at the front of the pack cheat.

Then why do you care about others cheating? Why go to the extremes in opinion over something that has no bearing on you personally whatsoever? There are so many other things in life to get worked up about that is actually productive and helpful. I find that when people get so wound up in pointing fingers at others it is often to cover up a deep-seated personal flaw.
