Whatever impressive numbers one posts here will likely not be believed by most. What is the purpose of these threads?
Threads like this are irrelevant unless the distance running results and power lifting results are within a twelve hour period. Guys going from weighing 60 kilograms at age 20 and racing fast distance times to weighing 100 kilograms eight year later after a half a dozen years in the gym powerlifting tells us nothing.
mile: 4:07
5k: still 15:28 (from HS)
Deadlift: 265
bench Press: What's a bench press?
Mile: 4:20 (ish, always ran 1500m)
5k: 14:59
Bench: 235
Deadlift: 330 (have done a few reps with 150kg = 330, could have gone a bit higher for max)
Mile: 4:33
5k: 15:22
DL: 365
Bench: 285
That’s a 40 year time span.
mile: 4:30
5k: 16:26
dead: 315
bench: 255 (did this at like 3am drunk with a buddy in my basement)
Mile - 3:59
5k - 14:30
Deadlift - 600 lbs
Bench - 350 lbs
Also, banging lots of hot chicks. That I can tell you. Hot chicks, nobody bangs more hot chicks than I do.
In the late 80s I was good for 700:390:700, sq:bp:dl weighing just under 220.
Now at 185 I don't look like I lift anything.
Too many injuries to lift heavy anymore.
Now I can run 600m in 1:46 and 400m in 61 secs, the 400 was a couple years ago now.
Never pushed a 5k, but jogged about 22:30.
When I was strong a 100m sprint felt far.
