"Just because she can do 800m super fast and super quick" - could you please point out the difference between fast and quick? If not, then it's a pretty good indicator that you can't write, on top of being unable to read.
"Two minutes is still two minutes and is much different than running 1600 straight" - actually, the straights on a standard 400m track are only 100m long. This means you know nothing about the standard measurements of a track, and therefore lack such basic knowledge of athletics that you really are not qualified to take part in this discussion, or coach your athletes. Alternatively, it's yet more evidence of your rather incredible inability to write. Which is it?
"He can brutalize himself with shorter repeats and take literally no break between them, but can't put them together." Oh my - your staggering stupidity is even more breathtaking than I thought. Either you don't know the meaning of "literally", or you can't understand that if he takes "literally no rest between repeats", then by definition he has "put them together". Your grasp of reality, or your grasp of the English language, is clearly not on the requisite level to contribute to this thread. Try harder next time.
I am forced to conclude, good sir, that you may be one of the most crazily dumb posters in the history of LRC. That, at least, is an incredible accomplishment - enjoy it, because I can't imagine the universe holds much better for you.
Good day!
