This guy can't be real, can he? Is the Aspberger's suggestion really the best explanation? I'd actually prefer to think he really is the greatest troll ever but, sadly, I don't think that's the case.

Oh yes... Quite possible. Many posters have asked xfit guy to 'reveal' himself. This could be it! Some of the crappy lifts 400m guy does look xfit compliant.

Last time i did my 4 by 200 workout i was 213lbs.. Did my 400 again this week 4 lbs heavier... and ran almost identical times.. Ran 53.79
Went out alot faster on this one like i wanted to.. Ran 24.63 on the first 200, only ran 25.7 on my 53.78 race..
My best time in the 200 this summer is 24.06 hand timed. Therefore I was only .57 of a second slower than my best time in the 200 this summer and that felt like a moderate at best first 200, was really relaxed. Just goes to show how powerful im becoming that i can handle that first 200 that fast now.. ANd just shows that im going to go under 24.0 hand timed next week for the first time since 2007. I got out fast but not my fastest first 35 yards.. but still was alot faster than the 53.78 start.
Ran this a full 4lbs heavier. Knew going into this that i ran my 4 by 200 so heavy and still ran close to an all time record in that workout, so knew that this was going to be a good race still at even 4 lbs heavier..
So the only thing that slowed me down on the last 200 is the fact that im so heavy and the 4lbs and the fact that i still am gaining speed endurance... Still not where i want to be with speed endurance.. But still this was the 2nd fastest time ive ever run since 1999...
need to keep up my arms up more and breathe more on the last 100, i did a good job with the breathing on the first 200 and even through 300... \
Did hard 35 hard dashes after this to get more speed, lifted extremely heavy at the gym after that..
My test of seeing whether lifting mattered or not on monday means that it doesnt matter if i lift or not on monday.. My time wasnt that far off that i can say to myself that i need to stop lifting on mondays before 400s here and there.
Set about 7 individual records at the gym this week,, and thats what i need to do to get faster.
