predictions for this weekend in the 8/mile/3k/5k?
The mile should be the marquee event, especially if Horowitz runs, could probably get a few guys to nationals if its fast enough.
The 5k could be crazy to, but some of those guys will come down to the 3k, so who knows.
As long as Skyler Cummins paces any of the afoementioned events, they will be fast!
its possible that some of the milers could bail to the 1000 to try and get more points in a less competitive race. MIT, Tufts, and Bowdoin have done this in the past with some of their guys.
With a number of top teams & athletes not being able to compete at Tufts Monday night due to the storm, the NE Div.3 Champ's @ Bates will be one intense meet now.
Hey is there a performance list for this yet?
Any entries posted for the women's edition?
Looked on USM's site, but it is devoid of anything interesting.
More importantly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94tZpX2FdKw
DMR looks stacked! Seems like Tufts, USM, Bowdoin, and Midd are all running their best teams. Bates looks like it's spread relatively evenly across the 4x8 and DMR, no doubt because they're going for the win. Interestingly, Graboys is entered as their 1200 leg?
Midds team is fresh as well

whoa, just noticed this. a bit surprising, but i guess davies is probably solid in the 5k. hebble however doesn't have any really solid times, and this is bound to be one of the last opportunities most of these guys have to run fast on a flat track.
mile and 3k are pretty stacked
leduc to win the 3k
How many to nationals from 800/mile/5k, probably quite a few, and probably 2 or 3 DMRs as well

I think you can include the 800 as well.
Doubt any in the dmr, teams will be racing for points and coming off doubles, midd maybe but I think they'll be at it alone. 5k we'll see which Tully shows up, mile has the best shot if they get out well, and a few guys in there definitely capable of running it. 800 will be a duel between lepage and marvel.
Kyle Hannon wins the mile in 3:57.7, only to run 4:50 next week. Horowitz second, Gazzeloni 3rd from the slow heat. Middlebury will win the DMR in 10:10, followed by everyone else 30 seconds back. Lepage will win the 800 in 1:49. Tully will run 15:50 in the 5k
seems about right
Results? Anyone?
