wow, salazar is posting on LR! I tend to believe the circumstantial evidence combined with our friend you rebuked, as well as 4 years of med school. I think the same for lance armstrong (always have) and basically everyone else who is obviously dirty to everyone not in denial. the sensitivity (look it up if you dont know what it means) for catching cheaters is and always has been extremely weak. thanks for your cliche and worthless opinion though.

It's not hate. It's because many of us believe that the "best" athletes are using PEDs of some sort. Just watching the success of the Chinese Olympic swimmers - even at this early stage in the Games - makes me suspicious that something is going on, that they most likely have a synthetic advantage that probably can't be detected - though undoubtedly it's not only them. It's simply a case of feeling sceptical - and sad and disheartened - about the "purity" of any winner. My respect for world class atheletes has deteriorated during the past 25 years to the point that I don't believe any "champion," any "winner," is absolutely clean. I suppose that it's just the nature of all contemporary sport: if you don't use some type of PED you won't be on the podium.
