Wasn't there a guy who said he ate 30 bananas every day?
Who was the guy who said he could have the world record in the 5k, but he was a miler.
I enjoyed the thread that was called something like "feeling like carp and depressed." This guy came on and told everyone how rough his life was at that moment, and his little typo just inspired an entire thread of fish puns.
Hypothetical Kenyan Letsrun.com Threads. Funniest thing I've ever read on here:

Ummm... ever heard of Jordan Hasay?

Best of all time.
Amen to that one.
"Wait, did he look relaxed?"
This thread is worthless without pics.

Does anyone remember 'SUP BRO'? He's not unlike 'Come at me BRO' who posts these days, but every one of SUP BRO's posts were epic. Loved that guido mutherfu...
I also have a place in my heart for 'The Concrete Runner' (the real one) and 'Nickleback Rocks.' Those guys were all-time greats. It takes a lot of work to maintain a meme by yourself for as long as these guys did, and I give them props for it. Wish they'd return.
I always enjoyed SUP BRO as well...I think my favorite post was when he cited his credentials as 'nominated for the all-county football team'
"Evel Knievel" was surely one of the best.
Classic posts and I think everyone on here practically believed it really was him. The fact that he has never returned only strengthens that belief.
Don't forget "Where your dreams become reality" That has to be an inside joke.
My favorite is when the Brojos pretend to be journalists. "See, he flinches right there!"
Come again?
To answer the OP...not sure why the Post Nuptial Shut-Off comes to mind...oh yeah, my favorite inside joke is the one that makes me laugh? You have to admit, if you can't laugh on here AT LEAST once every few days (okay once a week) then you don't belong here!
i got the biggest laugh from this thread: http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=2081231
I wear size 30"W x 76"L cream jeans...am I normal? Or something like that.

Recently learned what an SIF is. Very important knowledge.
Another vote for the 430 miler. I really liked it when he'd suck someone into an argument. I suppose it could have been the 430 miler with another user name arguing with himself. Who else would respond? Always cracked me up.
But was it relaxed? Coming from this thread http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=3379644&page=3 with such gems as "Off hand, does any know what the record is for a relaxed 1500m indoor time trial?" and "But El G was probably not as relaxed as Webb was, so we'll give Webb the honorary "Relaxed 1500m Indoor Time Trial World Record!" Whatever happened to the post "webb is back baby?"If you're reading this, I miss you.
This wasn't a joke/meme, however one of my favorite threads was the "Adult Confessions" thread a while ago. Not sure if anyone else here remembers that...But anyway, it was one of those threads that the brojos let go for 250+ posts, and then pulled, instead of snipping it in the beginning. They have a tendancy to do that, and I don't know why.
As for favorite meme--Probably the "Paolo knows where to find me" and "Real man" posts.
a lot of good ones....
"Noone" seems to be the best athlete of all time.
