I called Colby Lowe and he says German didn't have a particularly good race because he was uncomfortable having lost his Berkeley sunglasses on a trail last weekend.

I was in the race, and I can't say I saw all the OSU guys at the start, but I did notice that both German and Colby and a couple others were wearing flats. I don't think it had anything to do with anybody forgetting anything, just simply the plan for the race.

Mate, have you even looked into ACU roster? I just did and from what I see their number one guy and number 3 guy are not at that meet, and their number two guy is running cautious. You might want to hold that tongue of yours before you bite it making your noise. ACU has not been beaten at conference in twenty years, what has ENMU done?

Coach d is a DI coach if i'm a city clerk. Am I a city clerk? The city clerk goes to the mountain. Why does the city clerk go to the mountain? To climb the mountain. To make love to the mountain. He is the mountain.

German hasn't even really done much work and he's up there banging already. He surprised his coach and even himself today. If he can stay healthy big, big things to come from him.

GF slowly ramping up and best okst guy didn't run...bodes well for a threepeat. Unfortunately, on the negative side, #5 man from last year with a stress fracture.

Hey, listen here buddy, there is a reason that ACU has dominated the LSC for two decades. Last year ECU went in as the favorite, with ENMU not far behind, and who won it? There will be polls, trash talking, and speculation, but when it comes time to line up at Angelo, who will really be ready to roll?

can i just show some love for my teammate silas kisorio...the man went out there and tried to win the thing before fading in the last mile but showed heart and guts in the process
