I don't think that 1:48 and 3:32 are compatible even if you are talking about a runner who is primarily a 5k/10k runner. I also really don't think that Rupp is capable of 7:32 any time soon. I'd be happy to be wrong in that assessment.

1'46/3'29 are near enough same ratio as 1'48/3'32
also, the kennster says his best 800 was a 1'48tt - he has a 3'32pb
