Thanks, I'm glad I put a smile on your face.
But whether I crack you up or not, facts are facts and they are not opinion. You'll notice after my last post, the bozo had nothing to come back with so he goes away or posts under a different name.
If you find flaw in my reasoning, please, by all means point it out. If I was incorrect, why didn't George post and point out my errors? Buehler? Buehler? Buehler?
If I gave you my name, then things would be different, but that is the main reason I rarely post on this site. It's never an even playing field. All registered or none.
If the poster above mine was registered, he wouldn't have responded that way, but I wouldn't have changed one word.
Dathan didn't run a 20 mile race, it was a hard workout 3.5 weeks before a marathon. Comparing that to Salazar taking on Henry in a 10,000 11 days before breaking 2:09 and Greg "racing" a great 10 miler then running 2:09, well anyone who knows anything about running will understand the difference. The rest are trolls that aren't making valid points, just trying, and failing miserably I might add, to dismantle my points.
Funny, when Deek ran his long runs hard, he was praised for it and many people followed suit. When the Chicago Marathon didn't go as planned in both 84', and 85', (both 3rd places), he wasn't ripped apart nor should he have been. He came back at Boston 86' and ran a great second half solo race breaking 2:08 and winning by almost 3 and a half minutes!
Dathan had a bad day for more than one reason, it happens. But, he still should have done what I've said on my posts, run his race and HIS pace and let the chips fall where they will. He needs to run for TIME first and then see where that leaves him.
But I'm glad you're cracking up, it shows what you don't know because really, what's funny about it?
Next.
