I've gone into an even more polarized model of hard day (in terms of total volume, not so much pace - double t), jog longer, easy, hard, jog, easy-moderate long, jog

Last time I set my PR in the 5K I was 16 and ran 17:12, that was well over three years ago now
I'm averaging 7:00 - 7:15 for my "easy pace" could I run 18's-19's now?

How can your best ever 5k be 15:22 but you ran your easy pace at 6 flat? That's not at all easy.

dont run on easy days. I just take 1-2 days off between hard efforts. Warm-up/cool-down easy pace is around 6:50-7:20/mi
