But.......tons and tons of NFLers were HS tracksters, talking TONS.
8 or so years ago when I coached track out AD sent an article to all coaches where the Ohio State Football coach at the time said he was reluctant to recruit a football player who didn't run track in high school.
I'm sure the list is endless.
