Hi All. Looks like some of you guys have been wondering where I have been. I just ended yesterday with a total high of 213. (Was trying for 220, but was too tired on Friday) I had a 29 mile long run at about 7:45 minute pace the whole way. It was meant to be easy.
I can definitely feel the affects and toll it had taken on my body. I literally have to drink a couple cups of coffee to keep me awake. I get daily massages at my gym for free.
I basically eat and eat and eat till I can eat anymore. I previously mentioned I had dipped down a few for a bit...But I think that was just my body catchin up with the workload. I am tired now, but I can handle it. I am going to stay constant at 250 for 10 weeks....then see where I can go from there.
I run mostly on all trails and in nike frees, asics tiger paws, and puma h streets. I believe in the minimalist way.
I am taking glucosomine and chondrotin daily because someone recomended it to me and I feel better than I have before.
I have lost about 3 pounds. I was skinny before...but now i am getting skinnier.
I will report back in a couple more weeks. It is very hard to have a social life and run this much and have school. But I want to be the best...
