I’m not going to run through a post-by-post accounting, but my vague sense is that the American he “badmouths” the most deserves it at least 75% of the time.
Is he often wrong, insulting, or otherwise a frequently poor example of how to conduct reasonable political debate? Sure, but that is far, far, far from uncommon on this site in particular and online generally, and I doubt he’s in the worst 25%, so I’m not sure why you’d single him out for that rather than express consistent disdain for any and all instances of that, regardless of a poster’s politics.

He is responsible. International law has long made it clear that a country cannot invade another unless it is itself being attacked. That is not the case with Venezuela. Osama Bin Laden was a terrorist who had been responsible for 9/11. There is no comparison.

The justice who wrote that opinion used the scenario as an example of innapropriate speech.
Someone doing that falsely would probably be charged with causing a panic - and possibly manslaughter if it caused a crowd crush - but the speech is not a crime in itself.
