I like women. But I don’t know what that has to do with female only track, when there is no man only track.
We know what it has to do with man-only track because our memories and/or educations are not deficient. Many events in distance running were man-only at the Olympic level until 1984 or later, with the women's steeplechase only added in 2008. We're OK with ATHLOS being just for women because we grasp the basic reality that women's athletics still has to deal with sexists who would be happy if it disappeared. If you talk to a woman who does not find you scary or creepy, she could probably explain the unfortunate but very basic fact that sexism exists.

Is it sexist to have an women's only track league in 2025?
Hundreds of meets every year and you are crying about a single meet for women only?
And a face of the meet getting arrested for Domestic abuse. it supports exactly what it’s supposed to stand against. You can’t preach integrity while protecting bad behavior for your owners / board members.
This is disturbing that it didn’t affect Athlos one bit. At the end of the day Athlos lost money and stands for the wrong things. It claims to promote “women’s empowerment”, yet aligns with hypocrisy and controversy, featuring athletes with arrests, drug issues, and questionable values. Instead of uplifting the sport, it’s become a tone deaf PR stunt that hurts track and field more than it helps.

It’s hard to take any claims of transparency seriously when someone with direct influence is also sitting as an owner and board member. That’s not governance that’s control disguised as oversight
