Am I the only one who really likes to watch Tsegay race?
I find her hugely entertaining in numerous ways...from the faces she pulls on the start line, to the occasional random blows she lands on not only Kenyan competitors but her own Ethiopian teammates, her classic bold and uneven pacing often opening 15/mile races with a 59point... and her grit when she gets caught.
I was at the London DL meet in person and I experienced greater anticipation and more satisfaction from the W Mile than M 1500... with the propaganda mouthpiece Kerr under-delivering while Tsegay delivered customary enttertainment.
She is well worth the price of admission. Long may she continue to race boldly.
