I’m taking a wild guess here that you are implying lower diversity = higher safety.
In this instance, in the U.S., a country that legalized explicit discrimination against black people up until the 1970s, which has led to lingering racism in legal enforcement and higher ROI for whites compared to non-whites for anything they put into the system, the answer is yes. Lower diversity = higher safety. Because there are fewer non-whites to be either disenfranchised, marginalized or discriminated against in the population.
In states where the vast majority of people can all join hands together and rejoice in the great nation built for them, by them, things are bound to be more copacetic.

What higher ROI? What percentage of US taxes are paid by whites? What percentage are paid by Asians? those are the only 2 groups that are net positive taxpayers, the rest are net welfare recipients.

Ok there bud, many of those people paying all the taxes are not working hard. They may simply be stockholders or investors who don't in fact "create" any value themselves, but simply reap the rewards when others do. Or they may be bankers or brokerages collecting fees. Again, not actually adding to the material economy. And they pay capital gains rate which is less than income. So no, I'm not really worried about wealthy people paying taxes. I don't begrudge them public services, they can enjoy the national parks and medicare with the rest of us.

Why are you so butt hurt over his decision to move. Let him live his life. A lot of people leave their homes to live elsewhere for many reasons. Many Americans and Europeans retire in Asia, is that wrong as well.
