Just remember, this works the other way around too. You don't hear anything about transgender men competing with men because they are not winning. There are just as many transgenders males as there are transgender females competing. If the executive order mandates that one participate with the sex assigned at birth, those transgender males will now be competing with and using the same bathrooms as the women and because they look like males, it's 100% guaranteed to trigger you.
If you never heard of Mack Beggs, you should look him up. He in a transgender male, and wanted to wrestle against males, but Texas already requires participants to compete with the sex assigned at birth. He went on to destroy everyone winning 2 state titles and had a record or 32-0 his final year and 57-0 the year before. It looked like a man beating the crap out of a woman when he wrestled because that is exactly what was happening. I'm sure your argument will be that the number of male transgenders is tiny and to that I say; yeah, exactly, the same as transgender females. That's kind of the point.
Never tired of winning? LOL! Newtons 3rd law applies to life as well as objects.
Mack R. K. Beggs (born 1999) is an American former high school wrestler from Euless, Texas. Beggs is a trans man. State athletic rules only allowed him to compete in the league for the sex he was assigned at birth. In 2017, h...
You could also say that's it's only 9 athletes so why have progressives been pushing SO hard for years to undermine women's sports?
They are not fighting for athletes in NCAA sports. They are fighting for athletes in high school and middle schools.
But I understand that high school and middle school sports are more serious competitions than the Olympic Games. That's why we need more exclusionary eligibility policy than the World Athletics.
We're fighting for fairness in sports and other areas of life for females of all ages.
The whole point of creating a female category in sports is to exclude males.
Middle-school and high-school boys who've taken"puberty blockers" and Big Pharma estrogen so that outwardly they look "girly" in your eyes like the kid you showed us in post #64 are still male. Therefore they don't belong in MS and HS sports meant for females - or in female sports when they're in college and beyond.

You can bet that Charlie Baker and a good number of people within the NCAA and in college athletic administrations are THRILLED because it allows them to do what they've wanted to do all along - stand on the side of common sense - while still appeasing all the various narrow-interest groups and the sponsorship dollars from the mega-corporations that pander to them by saying "hey! we had no CHOICE!"

The EO that was issued today only aims at prohibiting males from competing in girls' and women's sports.
Also, I think there are actually many more female athletes with trans gender identities competing in sports than male athletes with trans identities - and this has been the case for at least the past 10 years or so.
But the majority of female athletes who say they "identify as" trans boys and men - or as nonbinary and genderfluid like Nikki Hiltz - have continued competing in the female category. These female athletes have put off taking testosterone in order to remain eligible for the female category fair and square, and so as not to have an unsporting advantage over the other female athletes they're continuing to compete against.
Once they start exogenous testosterone, some female athletes who've adopted a trans gender identity have tried competing in the male category for a time, albeit with little or no success. Others have remained involved in female sports, but as coaches, managers, administrators and referees rather than as competitors. Some have competed in the new non-binary category or played mixed-sex sports.
Mack Beggs was highly unusual in that Beggs insisted on continuing to compete in girls' HS wrestling even when roided up on exogenous testosterone. Most female athletes who've adopted a trans gender identity haven't felt entitled to pull such a dick move.

Their motives aren't so selfless rather they just know they'll get crushed utterly if they compete against men. They'd transition asap if they thought they had an advantage.

I am not a Trump supporter at all but I agree with this. It had to be done. I have no issues with the LGBTQ community other than this. It's about unfair advantages. It's very clear if you understand physiology.
I’m also not a Trump supporter and I disagree with trans athletes in women’s sports, but aren’t these executive orders getting out of control? Isn’t Congress supposed to legislate while the President upholds (executes) the law?
A law similar to this has passed the House and is now in the Senate. It will need a few democratic votes to pass. Hopefully, a few democrats will stop their misogyny and vote for it.

Press release from NCAA Media Center dated 2/5/2025 5:49:00 PM:
Today, NCAA President Charlie Baker issued the following statement regarding President Donald Trump's executive order:
"The NCAA is an organization made up of 1,100 colleges and universities in all 50 states that collectively enroll more than 530,000 student-athletes. We strongly believe that clear, consistent, and uniform eligibility standards would best serve today's student-athletes instead of a patchwork of conflicting state laws and court decisions. To that end, President Trump's order provides a clear, national standard."
"The NCAA Board of Governors is reviewing the executive order and will take necessary steps to align NCAA policy in the coming days, subject to further guidance from the administration. The Association will continue to help foster welcoming environments on campuses for all student-athletes. We stand ready to assist schools as they look for ways to support any student-athletes affected by changes in the policy."

You seem to be fixated on her appearance. But that's not the reason I think she is a girl.
I think she is a girl because dozens of cis girls who have spent years with her -- her friends on the field hockey team, music, theatre, church group, etc. -- think she is a girl. You cannot fool that many girls for that long. And since I am a cis-supremacist, I trust the judgement of those cis girls.
Yeah, she is pretty. But so what? That's the least remarkable thing about her.

100% We need to stop playing politics on this one and not allow a man to pretend he’s a woman. #savewomenssports
Everyone is ok with boys competing in girls sports...until a kid with a beard lines up against your daughter in the 400m.

No, you're the one fixated on outward appearance.
The only reason I mentioned Rebekah Bruesehoff's appearance is that in post #64 you posted a photo/video clip of Bruesehoff and said, "I don't see this person as a man."
As for all the girls/women that Bruesehoff grew up with supposedly believing that Bruesehoff has changed sex: give a me break. And so what?
Just because a bunch of girls/women who've known Brueshoff in their youth have played along, made nice, mouthed platitudes, slapped smiles on their faces, and generally given the outward impression of going along with the pretense that Brueshoff has changed sex doesn't mean they all truly believe it.
The fact that you have no idea that girls and women hide our true thoughts and feelings from males - and from one another - all the time - and we frequently tell bald-faced lies to blokes' faces for all sorts of reasons too - just goes to show how clueless you are about the female half of our species.
No wonder you can't appreciate that there's a vast world of difference between male people who've taken drugs and used other artificial to make themselves superficially look like girls and women from the outside and female people who genuinely are girls and women in the fiber our beings coz of our biology.

I feel sorry for Rebekah's friends. They are not allowed to express their true feelings about their friend because Almighty RR decides what their true intentions are. Just like Almighty RR also decides the true motives of trans children and their parents.
I still have to wonder why so many trans women and girls do not have friends like Rebekah's.

But JAHJ you're the one who brought up Rebekah Brueshoff's friends in the first place. And you did so in order to claim that you personally know what they all really think and feel deep down. This is what you said:
I think [Brueshoff] is a girl because dozens of cis girls who have spent years with her -- her friends on the field hockey team, music, theatre, church group, etc. -- think she is a girl. You cannot fool that many girls for that long. And since I am a cis-supremacist, I trust the judgement of those cis girls.
I never said that I personally know what these girls/young women all think and feel. I simply said that just because they've played along with the charade and given superficial outward signs indicating that they buy into the preposterous pretense that Brueshoff has done the impossible by magically changing sex, it doesn't mean that's what they genuinely believe.
You're the one who's claiming you have almighty powers that have enabled you to look deep within the hearts and minds of the girls/women that Brueshoff grew up with in order to determine with 100% certainty that they all see Brueshoff exactly as you do.
But whereas you're confident that you have magic mind-reading powers that enable you to know for sure what dozens of the girls/women whom Brueshoff grew up with really truly think and feel deep down, my hunch is that you're just projecting your own thoughts and feelings onto total strangers.
BTW, the fact that Brueshoff has friends who genuinely like, care about and enjoy spending time with Brueshoff isn't proof that any of them believe that Brueshoff has changed sex.
Many people nowadays intimately know, love and care about someone - or several people - who've adopted a trans gender identity without buying into the ridiculous notion that due to the combined powers of wishful thinking, drug-taking, surgeries, cosmetic procedures, grooming, costuming, playacting, alterating of records, fudging, fibbing and outright lying, they've somehow turned into the opposite sex.

from what i hear, there are already some butch looking girls -- and i mean biologically too -- getting bothered about are they trans athletes. that's where this crosses over into harassment. you pretend like you "just know" but the rare examples of fact are usually tied up for you in a bow and announced. everyone knows SJSU trans player. or RIT. they are rare.
no, i get some sense you are now hunting for trans folks and given the actual prevalence, are probably a lot more WRONG and HURTFUL than ever right. to me it's a chance to make less feminine looking girls, miserable. it's as much enforcing an idea of femininity as actually about trans. because short of them saying "it's me," how do you know?
i mean, all due respect, we don't run with birth certificates pinned to our unis.
and that's not getting into the whole fake "voter ID" thing where you pretend you're protecting women over 10 people in all of NCAA out of nearly 300,000. the vast majority of NCAA women jocks never see a trans competitor. it's theoretical for most of them. it's not squeezing kids out of NCAA.
it at most slightly alters standings in meets by 1 person. and the irony of that is the people who chuckle about "participation trophies" on every other notion of how to reward sports, suddenly think their kid is owed their place or medal.

see this is the bs of your position. to be tolerated in this way, they are usually dress-wearing lipstck-wearing females 24 hours a day. literally no one is like, i want a medal so bad i am going to claim to be female and run in their state or national progression instead. no one. no one is showing up in a beard. can you quit the lies? can we discuss this like honest adults rather than with fake scare tactics?
i say this in part because one thing not considered in this messed up, literal analysis, is how few men-dressed-as-women are (a) going to want to do rough and tumble sports having "switched teams" or (b) run like a boy like semenya. you have so little grasp of their little culture you don't get how a "competitive trans athlete" is an odd duck. i would think most kids making that choice would be fairly feminine in manner and how they went about any sports they played. and i'd think most boys-become-girls would be done with sports.
also, discussing it this way does you a favor. viewed as a whole, this is queer-bashing. you're doing bathroom bills, anti-pronoun laws, and only then "this." per usual GOP strategy, you present the toughest situation, then work from there. so we ban all abortions because rare ones are late term. and we do 20 nasty things to trans folks but publicize the one about school sports.
We're fighting for fairness in sports and other areas of life for females of all ages.

Far too much time on your hands. Definitely retired and nothing else going on. Sad
