Not funny. Obviously you cannot read his body language. Rojo is very subdued, a side we've haven't seen before. I'm concerned. This is not good.

Hi hopelessly lost in translation. There's a method called Integrative Manual Therapy that the late Sharon Giammatteo PT PhD developed that involves what we call mapping. With mapping I can see where root causes are and what structures are involved. The body will protect it self of course and many times a tight muscle or misaligned joint will be because there is something more important the body is protecting someone from. For example, back when I was 37 (I'm 65 now) I was running 70 to 90 miles a week for years. But I had a calf spasm that stopped me from running more than 5 minutes. I went to many other PT's, massage people even got 3 different orthotics and nothing was working. For 8 months I couldn't run more than 5 minutes due to the calf spasming. I went to an IMT PT and she found a disruption (restriction / issue) in my aorta and heart area. She did very light touch techniques to restore the mobility and integrity of the artery and heart. (it was not a medical emergency issue) My body was protecting my heart and aorta by spasming muscles. (smart bod right!). When the disruption was fixed up with the techniques I could run again. I tested it 2 days after the session and I was back to running. Along the way I took 115 classes in the IMT method and it's been one of the main ways I treat clients. I work on my boy who's a track guy and others around our town here in Bellingham Wa. When something is not fixing up or healing despite rest, good treatments etc, there's a very good reason. Finding it is the key and having a way to fix it up. There's techniques for the veins like I showed in the video for Rojo. I hope he tries it a few times and we can test it to see if it helps. Of course if we could get him over to Bellingham we'd fix it up in person and then go for coffee and a run on the best trails on earth :-)

Trying to translate this one more time! You were implying that rojo puts a 50-pound kid on his shoulders and this compresses a bunch of things near the heart, and diameter and blood flow through superior vena cava is compromised or at risk of being compromised.

Chest muscle tightens up to offer some stability or support or protection, to prevent blood vessel damage to slightly twisted superior vena cava?

Again, I am stabbing in the dark trying to extract what was being said.

One thing I see over and over is, people will not bother to do a recommended treatment if they do not have a strong and persuasive mental model that supports that treatment.

Explain what you think is going on with rojo in supertoddler terms, if you are able?

Man, I hope this isn't going to be another one where no update is posted and we're all left in the dark as to what happened!

hey Hopelesslly lost in translation. I will give more here. Let me know if you need more info. It can be kinda like "the straw that broke the camel's back". Rojo's son on his shoulders could have been the last straw that then caused symptoms. We all have restrictions of all sorts in our bodies. Most times not painful but with one more thing, it can then cause some pain. The idea here is if it's just a simple muscle strain the body will fix that up with a good night's sleep or a couple days or so. If it doesn't fix up the body could be protecting something that's more vital. The body has a way of knowing how to keep more important structures safe. Sometimes it can use spasming muscles and joint misalignment to protect something ore valuable like an issue in an artery or organ. I haven't seen a doctor as this came on immediately after the hike which was quite taxing. If it randomly came on, I'd be freaking out.

If you want to think my 20+ pounds of weight loss had nothing to do with the fact that I started a diet or that this injury had nothing to do with the fact that I hauled my son on my shoulder over a mile while on a hike, go ahead but then I'm screwed anyway as I probably have some crazy cancer (to freat you doomsdayers out even more I notice my eyesight seems to be less than perfect some days).

Anyways, it's feeling a lot better today having done nothing. I wonder if my back aching so much yesterday was a sign it's healing itself. I just was kind of frustrated that it was much more painful 9 days out than say 4 days out.

Today has been better.

But man it sounds like you really know your stuff. I LOVED IT. Maybe I should come see you just to get a full body analysis. Do you analyze running form. I don't want to really start training until someone looks me over as I know if I just keep repeating the same I'll get injured if I try to train seriously enough to go sub-3.

My take: Your present condition is benign, and will resolve itself with time.

Im trying to caution you that your symptoms have nothing to do with whatever YOU THINK! Don’t follow what your mind tells you unless you replace it with MY MIND! That would be different then! No offence but all the comments and advice on this thread while well meaning are all under delusion. What with costochondritis, compression syndrome and all, like seriously? You merely carried a child and not ram your car into a wall at 80km/hr!! Your reasons do not tally up with the laws of physics of space and time! Nobody is able to tell you that except me! ☺️☺️

And then the manner in which your pain only manifests so prodigiously in space and time at only particular periods of the day and then your eyesight again manifesting same space-time characteristics? Seriously Rojo, it’s not like you are carrying a child on your shoulder the first time in your life. It’s not what you and everybody else think en serio?! It’s something else and I’ve already explained what it is to you. It has to be an equally prodigious and dark social agenda perpetuated by Google’s globally running and traversing starlink satellites overhead. It’s also affecting me and everyone else I know but in different parts of the body and through different reasons!

Benign? You should be careful what you say. Rojo’s space-time particulars don’t add up to benign. It takes a physicist to discover that and not a dumb medical doctor!

The devil is in the details! Rojo explicitly mentioned certain intervals of the day for 9 straight days. That’s not benign if random, it’s intelligent!! There is external intelligence thus inducement in Rojo’s physical malaise the kinds not given to benign! Get it dude?!

And then now he mentions the failing eyes sight also at same time intervals of the day as the shoulder pain which even more so reinforces external intelligence in its genesis!!

He is going to mention more things, he hasn’t mentioned everything for sure and I know so because people all over the globe all report physical symptoms at the same exact space and time intervals adjusted for time zones, in many different parts of the body!

The only limit to knowing the full scale spectrum of the health effects from Google’s prodigious dark social agenda is whether people are willing to dare talk about their health symptoms publicly like you Rojo! There are many more and they are all shutting up and/or denying they have a health problem! It’s a macho thing to deny you have a health condition which prevents you finding the root cause!

As you know, health issues are widely taboo in modern nations whether it be cancer, peripheral neuropathy, heart disease, genetic, schizo, psychosis, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, autoimmunity, nobody wants to talk about it to their employers for fear of being fired and to their family and friends for fear of being shunned and trivialised.

Rojo is just experiencing the harmful consequences of Google’s illegal irradiation of the earth population at the turn of the new year as everyone I know including myself is also experiencing!
