I'm still confused about whether Nike Elite qualifies as a NIL deal. E.g., you have someone like Ellery Lincoln who was already in Nike Elite but whom Nike only more recently gave what they labeled a NIL. Or someone like Zariel Macchia who was in the Elite program last year too, but who chose FL over NXN (last year when she couldn't do both).
