Over the next 3 years you will see a massive outflow of coaches in their 30's and 40's due to the changing landscape of the NCAA. These are the coaches who are old enough to have gained enough experience to see the realities of the profession and what is on the horizon for the future, but young enough that a career change is still realistic / possible or necessary.
