To those who have experimented with their own DIY formulation, what have you guys done / what's worked / what hasn't? I'm certainly curious and would want to give it a shot.

I just showed you a video of the current world recordholder Wayde van Niekerk about to be put on a stretcher after a race. I also linked an article where he says he throws up after races. If you think that that's "relief" rather than "distress", then we will have to agree to disagree.

Did you notice his left hamstring go just before he reached the line? Who isn't impressed by what the 400 runners go through during the rounds of the 400s?
Anyway the point that you seem to be avoiding is that, as MJ describes perfect execution involves a decent understanding of the biology and physics of controlled acceleration and deceleration.
I really don't understand what you are trying to achieve by arguing these points endlessly. It seems like some sort of grudge with people who tried to talk sense with you and eventually just gave up?
Not giving up.
Just agreeing to disagree with you because "World record holder and 2016 Olympic Champ Wayde van Niekerk pukes after races and puking = distress" doesn't make sense to you.
For some reason you won't say if you used to post as J.O. A simple "yes" or "no" would suffice.
