Yes it is, but it's important to understand that the lyric was supposed to make fun of people who think like that - to make fun of people who use homophobic slurs and think being a rock star is easy. The song is putting down people who use terms like that.
Same thing with “Short people.” If you listen to the whole song it’s clearly satire aimed at bigoted people, not an anti-short people statement.
I can't think of any old tune that would offend anyone today, Current rap is filth and nobody cares at all.
You can make songs about vaginal discharge and the adults will cheer on little kids twerking to it, but if you put "Baby It's Cold Outside" everybody loses their everloving minds.

Why not lower the age of consent in the US to 14 years old? But, you say, that is perverted and pedophiliac! So why isn't it perverted in all the countries listed above? Why is the US allowing people from these countries to visit the US?

Ill say it again, the fact that you are asking the question tells me you don't have kids/ a daughter! 14 is a child. Maybe less so in 1868, but 14 y/o is a child. I can't speak for backwards countries. Im guessing some of those on that list don't rule in favor of the 30y/o male dating a 13 y/o girl even though the law says otherwise. At least I hope they don't.

Cultures vary and have changed over the years. In the famous love story Juliet was 13. In the rural areas of many developing countries it's common for "girls" to have a child before turning 18. At that point they are responsible for raising a child a running a household.
The advanced economies have gone the opposite direction where young adults extend childhood into their 30s.
And yes, I have children, but I have also lived in countries with very different cultures.

The Stones could pretty much fill an album with songs that could not get air time today. In "Stray Cat Blues" Jagger talks about getting with a 15-year old. And "Under My Thumb" is a horrible song, yet catchy in a perverted way.
Regarding "Brown Sugar", I read once that Jagger want to call the song "Black P**sy" but thought to might be too direct. Ya think? And the song was debuted at the infamous Altamont concert where a black fan was stabbed to death by the Hells Angels.

A lot of countries have a low age so teenagers aren't prosecuted but still have it illegal for adults. In many places in the US its only 16 for this reason (At least I hope it is for this reason).
