Lookin good, ladies. Hate is a shallow and weak emotion. Let's judge the ones casting the stones with the same energy they exhibit with their judgment. They don't like it, ironically.
Let it go, dude. Seriously- deep breaths. The initial anger and shock is expected by everyone (myself included), but the heavy vitriol here years later by some is just weird. Look, no one is dead. No one tried to hurt you. You're not out any money.
At the very most, you have 100 years on the Earth to live. Why would you even worry yourself or hold hate for someone that you've never met in a completely niche sport? At that, the person messed up, and paid the man. What more do you want? Have you ever messed up? If not, then carry on. If yes, then realize that you're not much different. In fact, think about the times that you've lied, broken the law, or cheated- yet no one find out. Further, having friends there to support you in a time of difficulty- 4 in this case highlighted in the OP's post- is really rare. For what it's worth, my oldest brother was killed in Korea by a drunk driver. The hardest thing I've ever done in my life is to forgive that man. But after a decade of hate and it affecting my own life, I forgave that man. It didn't make right what he had done, but it literally changed my life overnight. Sure, that's an extreme example, but i feel like it's also somewhwat applicable. Try forgiveness. Not one of us are perfect enough to hate someone else for their mistakes. And certainly, none of us are getting out of here alive. Don't waste your time with anger and hate on some random and arbitrary thing as this. Don't do it.
Stop me, you won’t cause you can’t.
Also stop being so dramatic, it’s not hate it’s just correcting those who say she was framed/innocent/ate a bad burrito.
She is a drug cheat who has never accepted or admitted it.
Just about every athlete that gets busted denies deliberately doping. The only difference is that Houlihan went all the way to CAS with her burrito story.
The burrito excuse and the whole GoFundMe were ridic, but I'm over it. She did her time. And, at 32, it's hard to see how she can return to the pre-ban form unless the attempts longer distances.
Did any other American distance runners come out against Shelby? I don't recall any. So it's not just the girls in the photos but basically all US runners who explicitly or tacitly supported Shelby.
Because the amount of distance running required to be top class ages you, and they have no bewbs.
My post was a reflection on their acceptance of cheating. They act like they are entitled and above the law. Cheating is illegal and none of them are good roll models. As another post stated which runners really came out against Shelby. Even Jenny Simpson made weak comments against Shelby!
A little Mexican Vacay for the dopers, how cute! An adjudicated doper and they still hang with her; how sad. If this was a Kenyan or Ethiopian they would be complaining, but because it's a white girl they all believe the BS. I used the like Karissa, now she goes on the sh!t list too because now one must assume that she was also doping. This is not a good look IMHO.
Kara Goucher didn't fall for the Burrito nonsense either.
But generally, athletes rarely condemn their colleagues. Which American sprinter condemned Gay and Gatlin? Who condemned Cherono or Kipserem or Rutto or Kiprop?
Likewise, which cyclists condemned Armstrong, Pantani or Ullrich?
Who is attacking Shelby here? This thread is about her "friends".
Have you read the posts?
"She denied everything, blamed everyone, continued training with the Nike sponsored group, started a go fund me, done favorable podcasts. SHE has kept herself in the discussion and to this day she has never admitted fault or apologized."

The silence is typical.
But they weren’t silent, most of not all of them used their platforms to defend her and share her ridiculous burrito story.

Let it go, dude. In the end, none of us have the right to "correct" others or judge.
