Hassan has the advantage of a low knee lift which is very economical but I'm not sure about her capacity in the hills because I've never really seen her run hilly courses...
I don't know if I consider it wise, I'm guessing all the medals from the lead group. There's too many there, unless34th is much closer to the lead group than I think. I don't see a point in running the perfect race for 10th. At least mantz and young were up there with the leaders .
Sisson and Lindwurm 20 seconds back. I think this is a calculated move to conserve. Hoping it pays off, because this pace likely isn’t sustainable for everyone in that lead pack.
